Jeongeun Seo is a study coordinator in the CCS Lab. She studied Architecture in college and worked in industry for several years making employee training and development programs. Over years she learned how the culture of an organization influences employees’ job performance and life satisfaction and became interested in Psychology. In the long run, Jeongeun wishes to apply various research findings to real-world settings outside of the lab.
